Our Patron: St. John Berchmans
January 15, 2013, is the 125th anniversary of the canonization of St. John Berchmans.  We will be celebrating our patron saint throughout the year in our parish.

Our Faith

The teaching of Catholic doctrine and nourishing the spiritual life of the students and faculty are integral parts of the religion curriculum at St. John Berchmans.

Daily religion classes, daily prayer, weekly liturgies, prayer services, sacramental preparation for First Reconciliation, First Communion, and Confirmation, opportunities for the sacrament of Reconciliation, Religion Scholars Bowl, and class retreats are all part of the religion program.

Virtues of the Month

The theme for Catholic Schools Week this year is "Catholic Schools Raise the Standards." During the school year, a virtue is emphasized each month in both morning assembly and individual class time.  

Our school's theme for this year is "Change the World with Your Life."  Our students will be learning throughout the year the many ways in which they can make a difference in our world.
