Music Classes - Children from grades Pre-K3 through eighth grades participate in weekly music classes at the Cathedral School of St. John Berchmans. A foundation of liturgical music is taught ranging from contemporary and traditional hymns to classics and Latin chant. The children participate in weekly Masses and take turns as classes leading the congregation in song during liturgy. This education prepares the students to participate not only in school liturgies but also in Sunday Masses.
